Our Refund Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with TVPremium. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
7-Day Refund Window
You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- Your credentials have not been activated
- You have not received and used a setup guide
- The subscription has not been used to stream content
No Refund After Activation
Once your credentials have been activated and the service accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. This is because the service has been delivered and consumed.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service, please contact us on WhatsApp first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 48 hours, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
Partial Plan Refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription plan (e.g. if you cancel 3 months into a 12-month plan).
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp or at support@tvpremium.co.uk within the eligible window. Include your order reference and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer legislation.
