Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the TVPremium service. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Permitted Uses
- Personal viewing within your household
- Use on the number of devices covered by your plan
- Installing the service on compatible devices as guided by our support team
Prohibited Uses
You must not use the TVPremium service to:
- Share, sell, lend or transfer your credentials to any third party
- Use more simultaneous device connections than your plan permits
- Stream, record, capture, or redistribute any content to others
- Operate any restreaming service or IPTV reselling operation
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
- Attempt to bypass security measures, authentication, or geo-restrictions
- Use VPNs, proxies, or tunnelling services to circumvent usage rules
- Access the service from commercial premises (hotels, pubs, offices) without a commercial licence
Sharing and Household Use
The service is licensed for use within a single household. Members of the same household may use shared device allowances. You may not share access with people outside your household.
Content Recording
Recording, capturing, or downloading any content accessible through the service is strictly prohibited. Content is licensed for live/on-demand viewing only.
Enforcement
We monitor for unusual usage patterns. Accounts found to be in breach of this policy will be suspended immediately. No refund will be issued in cases of policy violation.
