🔑 Can't log in
- Double-check credentials were entered correctly
- Credentials are case-sensitive — check caps lock
- Your plan may have expired — check renewal date

📺 No EPG / missing guide
- EPG may take up to 24h to populate on first install
- Check EPG URL is correctly entered in player settings
- Try refreshing EPG within the app settings

🌍 Channels not loading
