🔄 Buffering or freezing

  • Check your internet speed (10 Mbps+ recommended)
  • Restart your device and reopen the app
  • Switch to a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection if available
  • Try a different server from within the app
  • Contact us on WhatsApp if issue persists

📱 App not working

  • Clear app cache and data in device settings
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Ensure your credentials haven't expired
  • Check our status page for known outages
  • Message us on WhatsApp for a fresh setup

More common issues

🔑 Can't log in

  • Double-check credentials were entered correctly
  • Credentials are case-sensitive — check caps lock
  • Your plan may have expired — check renewal date
  • Message us on WhatsApp to reset

📺 No EPG / missing guide

  • EPG may take up to 24h to populate on first install
  • Check EPG URL is correctly entered in player settings
  • Try refreshing EPG within the app settings
  • Message us if the issue continues

🌍 Channels not loading

  • Some channels have scheduled maintenance windows
  • Try closing and reopening the channel
  • Check our status page for channel-specific outages
  • Message us on WhatsApp for alternatives
