Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TVPremium services provided by TVPremium Ltd, Company Registration No. 12345678, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. The Service

TVPremium provides subscription-based access to TV streaming content delivered via internet protocol. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use in UK residential properties.

Our service requires an active internet connection and a compatible device. We do not guarantee availability on all devices or in all locations.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer 6-month and 12-month subscription plans. Plans are sold with a fixed number of simultaneous device connections (2, 3, 4, or 5 devices).

  • All prices are quoted in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Prices may change; we will notify active subscribers of any changes
  • Subscriptions begin from the date credentials are activated

4. Payment

All payments are processed via WhatsApp. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the purchase process. You must be 18 or over to purchase. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Share, sell or transfer your credentials to any third party
  • Use more simultaneous devices than your plan permits
  • Restream, redistribute or broadcast content to others
  • Use the service outside your household
  • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geo-restrictions
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the service

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is set out in the separate Refunds Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these refund terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our control including internet service provider issues, device failures, or third-party platform changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through our service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not record, copy, redistribute or create derivative works from any content accessed through the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVPremium Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
