What plans do you offer?
We offer 6-month and 12-month plans. The 12-month plan is our recommended option as it works out cheaper per month. You can also choose between 1, 2, 3, or 4 simultaneous device slots. See our full pricing at pricing page.
Can I upgrade my device count mid-plan?
Yes, upgrades are available mid-plan. The cost difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange an upgrade at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not currently offer free trials. However, we're happy to answer any questions before you purchase and can confirm channel and device availability via WhatsApp.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not activated your credentials. Once credentials have been activated and used, refunds are not available. See our full refunds policy.
How do I renew my plan?
We'll remind you via WhatsApp before your plan expires. Simply reply to renew. You can also upgrade your device count at renewal. Renewal prices are the same as initial purchase prices.
Getting started & devices
How do I get started?
Simply click the WhatsApp button on any page — your plan selection will be pre-filled in the message. Send it to us and our team will guide you through payment and setup within minutes.
How fast is setup after I pay?
Most customers are streaming within 10–15 minutes of completing payment. We'll send you a personalised setup guide for your device via WhatsApp immediately after payment is confirmed.
How many devices can I use at the same time?
Depending on your plan, you can use between 1 and 4 devices simultaneously. All devices must be in the same household. You can switch between devices freely, but the simultaneous limit applies.
What devices are supported?
We support Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, Android phones and tablets, Smart TVs (most major brands), and iOS devices. Check our devices page or message us to confirm your specific model.
Can I use the service abroad?
Our service is intended for UK residential use. If you travel abroad, streaming may be affected by geo-restrictions. We cannot guarantee service performance outside the UK.
Technical & playback
What if I have buffering or playback issues?
Buffering is usually caused by internet speed or a congestion issue. We recommend a 10 Mbps+ connection. If issues persist, message us on WhatsApp — our team will troubleshoot with you step by step.
Is this service legal and licensed?
We operate under the relevant licensing frameworks applicable to our content distribution model. See our licensing page for more information. We do not resell or redistribute protected content unlawfully.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for HD streaming. For 4K content or multiple simultaneous streams, 25 Mbps or more is ideal. A wired connection will always outperform Wi-Fi for stability.
