These terms govern access to and use of the TVPremium digital entertainment service. By subscribing, you accept all of these terms.
2. Service description
TVPremium is a digital entertainment service providing access to audiovisual content via the internet: live channels, films and series on demand, depending on the subscribed plan.
3. Service access
3.1 User account
Access requires login details (URL, username and password) provided after payment. These login details are personal and confidential. Sharing them with an unauthorised third party is prohibited.
3.2 Simultaneous connections
The number of connections is limited according to the subscribed plan. Any use beyond this number may lead to temporary suspension.
4. Financial terms
Prices are in pounds including tax. Payment is due at subscription. TVPremium may change its prices with 30 days notice. Changes do not apply to active subscriptions already paid for.
5. Refund guarantee

6. User obligations

- Do not resell, share or redistribute access
- Do not try to bypass security measures
- Respect intellectual property rights
7. Service availability
TVPremium aims to maintain maximum availability. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance. In the event of a prolonged interruption attributable to TVPremium, compensation may be granted.
8. Suspension and termination
TVPremium may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a terms violation, without refund for clear abuse (resale of access, intentional connection limit abuse).
9. Limitation of liability
TVPremium cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by external factors. Liability is limited to the amount of the subscribed plan.
10. Modifications
TVPremium may modify these terms. Notice is given by email or notification 30 days before they take effect.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution through support.
